I want to take this opportunity, as we celebrate your anniversary with residents and their families, to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at El Balconcillo Residence for your dedication, warmth, and commitment to our families. When we brought my mother to the center, we did so with the anguish and uncertainty that come with entrusting a loved one to strangers in a new environment. However, that feeling very quickly transformed into trust and peace of mind. Thanks to your dedication, professionalism, and affection, El Balconcillo went from being a foreign place to becoming an extension of our home. In our case, my mother received the necessary stimulation to regain her physical strength and spirits. She integrated quickly, rediscovering her kind nature and her enthusiasm for life. She became herself again. We would especially like to highlight the variety of activities you offer, the care you take in preparing the meals, and the building's infrastructure, which allows residents to stay active regardless of the weather. We also appreciate your constant attention and the speed with which you always resolve any issues, as well as the services you offer that make life easier for the residents at the center. As a relative of one of the residents, I can tell you that it is a disastrous residence, where cleanliness is practically nonexistent, and the care of the residents depends on whether you call to remind them that they need to be attended to, to the point that they return from the doctor and are forgotten in a chair without clothes and not even a glass of water. I wish I could say the opposite because they have a fundamental role in society, but defending this particular residence is impossible.

I don't understand the negative comments. They are excellent professionals who treat both residents and their families with the utmost love and respect. I fully support the management, who are always attentive, professional, and respectful, and all the other professionals who work there, both directly and indirectly.

Our father has been here. They sometimes forget to distribute medications, the catering isn't good, and neither is the medical, social, and management services (lacking humanity and common sense). The reception, entertainment, and cleaning staff have proven to be excellent. It's for the latter that I'm giving two stars, because for the former I'd take them off and give just one.
