El Centro de día para mayores San Roque destaca por contar con un personal atento y amable que ofrece un ambiente espacioso con diversas actividades, aspectos valorados positivamente por usuarios y familiares. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación significativa respecto a la gestión de personal, particularmente por el cese abrupto de una terapeuta querida por los residentes sin explicación ni consideración de sus preferencias, lo que ha generado insatisfacción en al menos uno de los usuarios.

I'm the granddaughter of one of the residents there. I'm spending a few days with my grandfather, and he keeps talking about a woman named Carmen, who apparently was the therapist there, and he tells me how much he misses her. My grandfather was very close to her and told me that she just stopped seeing him from one day to the next. I would have liked to come and speak with you in person, but my work schedule doesn't allow it. Why remove someone the residents are happy with? They go there to do activities and spend a good amount of time there; according to my grandfather, the woman didn't give him any explanation, and I don't know why, but this seems like a management issue. I await your response because my grandfather has the right to choose, and besides, he's not happy with the new person.
