I visited the center and felt very welcome. The residence is clean with great facilities, and I was able to see that the residents are treated with great respect. Special mention goes to the social workers who treated me with such kindness and professionalism.

A wonderful team of professionals, each an expert in their field; such friendly, kind, and caring people... who make us feel right at home. Thank you all for everything.

We are so grateful for the care my mother receives every day. From the director, Beatriz Vico, to every single member of the team, they are all incredibly professional, caring, and provide her with fantastic attention at all times. The facilities are wonderful, always spotless and tidy. They also organize many activities. My mother arrived after fracturing her leg in a fall. She was reluctant to stay long, but now she doesn't want to leave.

I have a relative at the center, and we are very happy with the treatment and service in general. When we decided to admit them, we were personally assisted by the center's director, Beatriz, a delightful person, very kind and professional. I can only say that we are very happy with our decision and grateful for the overall care at Domus Vi El Serrallo. Greetings to all.

Although the staff is friendly and caring and the facilities are good, the food has been gradually deteriorating. I understand they have a healthy diet, but it's completely lacking in flavor and doesn't have a "homemade" feel. They often stop providing broth, and the dishes are undercooked (fish is very rare, potatoes are hard, and pasta is plain without any sauce or spices), so residents often throw the food away. I understand they follow a nutritionist's manual, but the kitchen hasn't adapted it to give it a traditional flavor. Similarly, the afternoon snack and breakfast are slowly getting worse, with toast, honey, and oil being replaced by cookies and processed pastries. My parents are currently residents, and I'm just summarizing their complaints, which have been ignored by the center. Even though they are elderly, they have their own opinions.
