For a year, they sent me a young woman, about 23 years old, named Nerea, to Baix Empordà. All she did during that time was sit around chatting on her phone or idling. Not only that, but when I was so sick, instead of helping me, she just stood there watching me in terrible pain, doing what she was contractually obligated to do—home care, because it wasn't free. Thank goodness she left. A lazy woman. Now she's working with the woman downstairs and says she cleans the stairs. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at her shameless and abusive attitude.

After two years, the worst. As a company, they're a mess and irresponsible, with no empathy for their users, and some of their employees leave a lot to be desired. Half of them aren't even good enough to keep company, and I've had to fire two for gross negligence that could have ended in disgrace or a lawsuit. And they didn't publish photos because I'm saving those for the County Council.
