La residencia Servei d'acolliment diürn Residencial Blanes recibe valoraciones muy contrastadas que reflejan problemas graves de mantenimiento e higiene —incluyendo plagas, óxido y falta de limpieza— que contrastan con el reconocimiento positivo hacia el personal y las actividades ofrecidas en un entorno cercano al mar. Mientras algunos residentes aprecian las mejoras en curso y las instalaciones recreativas disponibles, otros denuncian deficiencias importantes en infraestructura y seguridad que requieren atención inmediata por parte de la dirección.

The residence isn't clean, the dining room wall is crawling freely, and the bathtub in the bedroom is rusty and dirty. The staff is fabulous, but everything else leaves a lot to be desired. Owner of the residence, you tell me what I'm saying isn't true. I'd like you to tell me how long it's been since you last saw the residence. I forgot to mention that there are rat traps in the downstairs bathroom, and the emergency exit can't even be opened; they have to enter from the side. Please show me the latest bill for fumigating the premises, and above all, take a look around the premises from time to time.
