Opiniones

It looks like a nice residence, the sad, shameful, amazing thing is that they don't have the local language more widely spoken and more Basque speakers; you only see Latin Americans. Sad reality, we have nothing against it.

Understaffed. New building but poorly maintained; our elderly need better. More staff, more resources, and an activities program so our seniors can have a dignified and happier old age.

The staff is very friendly, and the cleanliness is excellent. What is inconceivable is that in a large building (ground floor + 3 floors) with only 2 elevators, where only two wheelchair users can fit, the stairs cannot be used so that family members don't have to wait an eternity to enter and exit the building during peak visiting hours.

A very neglected, run-down, and dirty place. But maintenance is conspicuous by its absence. Who does such poor maintenance? Bad image with so many foreigners. Please take better care of your appearance; it's understandable that we don't take our seniors with us. Please take better care of your appearance, your staff, and your customers. A garden would be appreciated, and where to take them if it rains? It's a shame not to have basements.

Comment on the poor care the assistants provide to the grandparents. There are no occupational therapies or memory workshops to help them understand, bingo and songs from the goalkeeper's microphone. I won't go into details about the terrible food or the assistants' treatment of the grandparents.
