Although these types of institutions generally don't have a very good reputation, the truth is that the staff here treats the elderly with excellence, according to my own family members. I have a friend who lives in this nursing home, and I have to say that what I would highlight most about it is the friendly and cordial treatment of the staff. To give an example, I'd like to highlight a detail that recently caught my attention. I saw how José, from the kitchen team, was friendly and empathetic with the residents, talking and showing interest in them. And they, in turn, appreciated his positive comments. What I would highlight about this nursing home is the humane and professional treatment of the entire staff.
