Welcoming facilities, great service, and wonderful staff. I've read some reviews that I disagree with, since there are rules and a contract that we signed at the beginning to avoid problems. The only issues are caused by those who want a service without paying, not by the company that charges for it and provides a clear contract.

They tried to keep the fee paid for the time they were closed in March 2020 due to the state of alarm. After a year of calls, emails, consumer complaints and arbitration requests, they did not return our money until we filed a complaint in court. We are still waiting for the apology. If my parents are alone, they keep the money. The girls who work there are not to blame, but the management of the person in charge is terrible.

Everything seemed to be going very well at first, a couple of things to mention but to sum it up, it was awful. They wanted to keep charging someone who could no longer attend because she was bedridden. They charged her for the rest of the month, but the following month they wanted to continue charging her. I'm not including the external girls who work there.

The place is beautiful and incredibly cozy. The staff is very friendly and professional. It's like being at home with all the attention.
