Lately, it's been in complete decline. Disastrous management of infections, menus don't reflect what they actually serve users, staff more concerned with gossip than serving users, and worrying internal management problems among staff. Comments mysteriously disappear, leaving only those that speak highly of the center. In short, not recommended.
