El Centro de día Residencial Porto Avieira recibe principalmente valoraciones muy positivas destacando la atención profesional del personal, el entorno natural y acogedor, y el trato humano de los cuidadores hacia los residentes. Sin embargo, una reseña crítica señala problemas de gestión relacionados con el número insuficiente de personal según normativa y especialmente con la actitud del responsable, quien presuntamente reacciona de manera desproporcionada ante críticas en lugar de priorizar el bienestar de los usuarios.

A fairly familiar residence. Not many staff (as required by the Xunta legislation. Red numbers), but some of the people are professionals and care about the users. In any case, they have a hypersensitive owner/manager. A hypersensitivity that overflows if he doesn't like the criticism or the tone of it. However, this hypersensitivity is not noticeable when the user has a problem. His reaction of punishment in the face of the insult, throwing the family out of the residence who, of course, has a place to drop dead. But he doesn't give a damn about the user, who is the one who will really suffer from that attitude. Hypersensitivity to ego care; not to the care of the clients of the residence. Thank you.
