It's in a beautiful location, but difficult to access for some people because of the slope from the parking lot. The garden is very pretty, but on a slope, so it's also difficult, especially for people in wheelchairs. It's difficult to walk our seniors because the center's staff doesn't provide it. There are poor communications if your car breaks down one day or you don't have one. The staff is very attentive, but it's true that if you complain to the person in charge, they become arrogant.

The best care home in the Santiago area. The residents are wonderfully cared for, there's excellent communication with families, the hygiene is great, and they have themed parties throughout the year. If I need a care home when I'm older, I will undoubtedly choose this one.

There's a huge difference between what it used to be and how it operates now. Prices keep getting higher, but the quality is declining. The moment you make a suggestion or complaint, the service becomes arrogant.
