Absolutely unacceptable. I requested a service to care for an elderly person, indicating that it was urgent. They told me it could be operational in a few days. I sent an email specifying the exact times the service was needed and providing details such as the address. I received no reply. After calling to inquire again, they said they hadn't received it. I resent the email, and they replied that they could NOT provide the service. In short, I have an elderly person left unattended, waiting to hear when they would start. Finally, we've been waiting for fifteen days, and in the end, we still don't have the service, so we're back to square one. If this is what elderly care is all about, they should find another line of work.

Because there are no fewer stars, look at the fine print of the contracts. They always come out on top; caring for the elderly is the least of their concerns, they're only looking out for their own pockets. They always have an excuse hiding behind: it's what the regulations say. Deplorable.
