El Centro de día para mayores San José cuenta con un personal altamente valorado por la mayoría de usuarios, quienes destacan la calidad de atención y el trato amable hacia los residentes y sus familias. Sin embargo, existe una grave denuncia sobre negligencia en la supervisión de un residente y presuntas irregularidades en cuestiones testamentarias que manchan significativamente la reputación del centro, generando desconfianza sobre sus prácticas administrativas y éticas.

My father "escaped" from the nursing home, and they didn't even call his daughters. They had all our phone numbers. Later, after my father died, they wanted to inherit everything... They couldn't keep EVERYTHING, BUT THEY TRIED. They got a hefty sum without lifting a finger. (That's called something...) Oh, and I remember, my father had cognitive impairment at the time the will was drawn up, certified by a forensic doctor. Don't play dumb; they had no scruples about taking what wasn't theirs.
