The service is appalling; the center director doesn't respond to complaints. The nurse shows complete negligence regarding the family members' concerns and fails to do his job, forcing the family members to act as the point of contact with the doctors. Despite showing no improvement, he still refuses to contact the doctors, and they keep passing the buck. If there were a negative review, they would have received it. Faced with this situation, he responds with an arrogant attitude.
