Opiniones

The employees work shifts of up to 15 or 16 hours straight, so I don't think they are in their best physical condition due to exhaustion to care for our loved ones.

My grandmother lived there for a few months, and for the last month she was neglected. She had a pressure ulcer on her tailbone, and no one treated it every day as they should have. The infection caused sepsis, and she died at the Mancha Centro Hospital. No one treated her properly. We had to call an ambulance ourselves. The doctor at Alcázar de San Juan himself told us that she wasn't the only person who came to the nursing home like this, unfortunately. All due to a lack of staff and a lack of dedication on the part of the nurse. We deal with people, not numbers! You pay enough to receive decent treatment and die with dignity.

Awful. Zero empathy from the staff. I hope their loved ones never have to be in there, because if they do, they'll know what families feel about how the residents are cared for. Lack of hygiene and cleanliness, bathroom chairs in the middle of the hallways, unmade beds, bathrooms locked when they should be open for any need. The management is a disaster, and the nursing staff is even worse. If she found another job, she'd be much better off. In short, AWFUL. I hope a health inspection shuts you down so you can understand what those of us who had family members there, who are sadly no longer with us, feel.

This nursing home exudes empathy. I'm grateful for the treatment my father received from the very first moment there. And I'm so grateful to the coordinators, the assistants, the nurses, the physiotherapist, the receptionist, the social worker, and ultimately everyone who works to ensure that people with needs like my father's live in a pleasant environment and are well cared for. This is a vulnerable time in the lives of our loved ones, and I will always have the peace of mind that he was cared for and surrounded by love until the very last moment. THANK YOU

I am so fortunate to have found a place and professionals who inspire confidence, security, and peace. Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every person who cares for my father for their exceptional treatment, affection, and patience in these incredibly difficult circumstances. Thank you so much for your amazing work.
