Opiniones

The care provided at this center is wonderful. They are a great team, both professionally and personally. My grandmother has been delighted to attend. The residents receive affection and care every day. The activities are fun and therapeutic. We wanted to congratulate this center for their excellent work and professionalism.

EXCELLENCE!! That's the opinion of a user who has been at this center for many years. My grandmother is delighted with the treatment she receives from all the professionals who work here. It was one of the first centers to open here in Santander, and it shows in the professional work they do; it's as if they were part of our family. A huge kiss to everyone; you're all doing a magnificent job, keep it up!

I want to thank everyone on the team at Los Pinares Center for the excellent care you gave my mother during the years she attended the Center. I always found you to be approachable, kind, understanding, attentive to her needs, and communicative about any problem, no matter how small. I have absolutely no complaints, not even the slightest criticism, regarding your professionalism and compassion towards our residents. Therefore, after these very sad and painful days following my mother's passing, I want to express, with all my heart, my sincerest gratitude for your daily work and the enthusiasm and care you put into it. And I encourage you to continue in this way, because our residents will truly be very happy at the Center, and their children will be proud to see their parents enjoying themselves, socializing, and staying active thanks to your help. For all these reasons, I wholeheartedly and honestly recommend this center to all seniors who wish to stay active and surrounded by professional and dedicated staff who are fully committed to making their stay as pleasant as possible. A MILLION THANKS, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your kindness. 👏👏👏👏👏

Common sense dictates that at work, you should be polite and not bitter, because if you are, you'll get fired. But it seems you know the boss, hence your poor work manners. You need to show some respect; you're the ones who work here, and I was calling to ask for information. What's the matter? Do you treat everyone who calls for information like this? A little common sense and manners would be nice. My 13-year-old cousin has better manners than any of the three of you from yesterday. Problems at home should stay at home; don't take them out on other people who aren't to blame. We all have problems in our lives, and we shouldn't be bitter. Have some manners! I recommend you do yoga or meditate to relieve tension and avoid being rude and treating people badly.

My mother has been going to the center for the past two months, and we're delighted with the care and the work they do. She's already had three outings, all of them very rewarding.
