Opiniones

I have a very close relative who spends time at the Geryvida Residence and receives excellent treatment every time they are there. The staff are wonderful, attentive, friendly, and of course professional. The facilities are very good and well maintained, and the food is good and plentiful. I highly recommend this Residence.

I can only say THANK YOU to Geryvida. The outcome that awaited my mother was already a foregone conclusion before she entered the center as a resident, and the kind, empathetic, and caring treatment we experienced during her short stay is truly appreciated and appreciated. Dr. Vega has always been clear and sincere, even when my mother was only a day care assistant, ensuring her well-being. The management has been incredibly helpful to us, her family. We are grateful for the kindness with which the center's hardworking staff treated her, which is incredibly important for our seniors. Goodbyes hurt, but surrounded by great professionals, they are easier. THANK YOU.

Well, I can only say that the service was terrible. The receptionist at the entrance was very rude when you asked for directions (basically, they just passed the buck to avoid talking). The support staff got a 10. The management and reception got a 0. If something happens to your family member, well... 🤷‍♀️ Not recommended.

I want to thank the assistants for their wonderful care; they're true angels. But the food is an absolute disaster, and I'm outraged because we asked for a microenema and they made us go to the pharmacy to buy it—shameful. A huge thank you, especially to Reyes, who's the one I've met the most and couldn't be more kind and wonderful with the patients.

For several years, a family member has been a regular at this residence. The facilities are modern and of good quality. The staff is generally friendly but very few in number, which means the residents don't receive the necessary attention (for example, because no one checks if they take their medication, we've found several bags of unused pills in their bags or clothes). However, the worst thing is the lack of consistent communication from management and staff. There have been several changes to treatments, and we only found out months later when we saw the bags of medication. After COVID, there was even more secrecy surrounding the residents' care. A lack of compassion.
