Opiniones

My father, Miguel, stayed for a month after hospitalization to help him recover and return home stronger. They treated us very well in every way. They were quick to admit us. The first few days, he stayed in a room only because there was space available. The food was excellent, as was the treatment. He was able to do some physiotherapy sessions and meet his recovery goal in a safe environment. We can only express our gratitude.

I only have words of gratitude for the care home and all the staff for how they treated my mother. During the short time Margarita was there, they were incredibly kind and attentive, making her stay as comfortable as possible. My congratulations to the entire team; you are excellent, keep up the great work!

Yesterday, Sunday, September 11, 2022, during the five minutes I was there as a companion, the receptionist went outside shouting rudely at one of the residents, telling him to "sit down like a normal person"—her exact words. I believe that our elderly residents, who are not in their full capacity, should not be treated in this humiliating and disrespectful way.

The elderly are often treated with disrespect due to staff shortages, particularly in medical, nursing, and caregiving roles. The worst part is the manager, an arrogant and unfriendly person who refuses to admit her mistakes.
