El Centro de día Lasaitasuna destaca por su excelente atención profesional, comunicación constante con familias, personal amable y comprometido con el bienestar de los residentes, generando mejoras visibles en su actividad y felicidad. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante respecto a la convivencia no deseada entre usuarios del centro de día y residentes de la enfermería en las mismas instalaciones, lo que ha causado malestar emocional en algunos casos.

Daily communication with the family is excellent; they are always available if you need their support for any reason. They are committed to making each day very pleasant, with good services, new facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The transportation service is very punctual and efficient. When we had our initial interview with Jorge, the manager of this center, he emphasized the benefits of sharing resources with the nursing home they have on the same premises. What we never imagined was that the nursing home residents would spend the day with the day center users, as happened to our mother. She left every day traumatized, saying she didn't want to return because of what she saw daily, as her decline is very mild compared to the elderly residents. WE RECOMMEND YOU LOOK FOR OTHER CENTERS.
