La Residencia Relat recibe opiniones muy divididas: mientras la mayoría de usuarios elogia calurosamente la dedicación, profesionalismo y trato humanitario del personal de enfermería y cuidadores, existe una reseña crítica que cuestiona seriamente la competencia médica en el tratamiento de patologías complejas, particularmente en el caso de infecciones pulmonares en pacientes con antecedentes respiratorios crónicos. Esta disparidad sugiere que aunque la calidad asistencial general es buena, la atención médica especializada podría ser un área de mejora importante en el centro.

My mother was admitted in a fragile situation and the doctor Dr. Teba I think it is said did not know how to treat the lung infection she caught in time even though her medical history stated that she had a chronic lung pathology. It did not last even 1 month and a half. I am an only child and I was unable to visit her for a few days because she was sick and when I went she was in deplorable conditions and they referred her to Sant J. De Deu where she died. I have nothing against the staff who I think are quite efficient but I do have against this Doctor who did not follow my instructions based on my experience and the clinical report. Now I understand why this center has a short waiting list. The director went so far as to tell me that this already seemed like a hospice, and ? What should we do? Let our loved ones die without giving them the treatment they need?
