I'm giving it one star because I can't give it a zero. I don't recommend it to anyone. After spending more than two years in a nursing home in Canet, my mother was admitted to Olímpo because it was close and because we were offered a public place. She only lasted two months in the home. Except for a few geriatric nurses and the reception staff, the rest were incompetent. Lack of empathy, a complete lack of concern, apathy, poor oversight by the nursing team, and total disorganization. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I've had a family member here for a year and a half, and I'm very happy with the care they receive. The staff is very caring and professional, from the director to the nurses, caregivers, receptionists, maintenance staff, etc. Overall, it's been a great decision for me; I know they're in good hands.

I've had the opportunity to experience the Lantus Olimpo nursing home up close, as both my grandfather and grandmother stayed there at different times. From our family experience, I can only express my gratitude. The facilities are very well maintained: they are spacious, clean, and bright, and offer a pleasant environment for both residents and visitors. There are spacious common areas, peaceful gardens, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Regarding staff care, the nursing team's treatment has been excellent. They have always been attentive, professional, and very caring, showing close and loving care to the residents. They always instilled confidence in us, something essential when you leave your loved ones in the care of others. For our family, it has been a great relief to know that the grandparents were well cared for and in good hands, and I truly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a place with good, quality, and safe care.

We had my father until he passed away at the beginning of the year. The treatment he received was good at first, but when his health problems began, we spent more time in the hospital than in the nursing home, so he was referred to the minimum. Often due to a lack of professionalism. In my father's last days in the hospital, honestly, no one, no one, cared about how he was, nor did they even provide a representation on the day of his funeral. In addition, the personal hygiene service in recent months, even after complaints, was appalling, with wounds that hadn't healed. And I'd also like to say that we don't even mention the promises. In January, my father spent one or two days in the nursing home, and speaking with the director, she told us that for eight days, they deducted 600 euros from our monthly payment, the proportional share. I want to say that, for my part, I won't recommend this nursing home, especially considering the means. They work with elderly people and don't take the greatest care. If the grandparents are well and manage, they're great. When they're not, that's when the problems arise. I have to say that some caregivers do treat them well and are there for them, but it's a minority, and management knows it. I just want to express my disappointment with the way my father was treated in recent months. For all the money he pays, there's a lack of care.
