El Centro de acogimiento diurno La Font recibe evaluaciones polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian genuinamente la dedicación y el trato compasivo del personal de asistencia y enfermería, destacando la calidad de vida de sus residentes, otros expresan profunda insatisfacción con la gestión administrativa y la atención médica, sintiendo que la residencia prioriza el negocio sobre el bienestar humano. Las críticas más severas se centran en la falta de empatía de la dirección ante situaciones críticas y pérdidas de residentes, lo que ha dejado una sensación de desengaño

I wanted to mention that the staff were quite good. The doctor, however, left much to be desired, as my relative was quite ill and they didn't take that into account. The management lacks compassion, because my relative passed away and we're still waiting for condolences or words of support. What initially seemed like a family affair has turned out to be a business, leaving a very bad taste in our mouths. We are very dissatisfied.

In our experience, the staff (assistants and nurses) are attentive, but the management and the doctor at the nursing home leave much to be desired in terms of humane treatment. We placed our trust in them and were left with a bad feeling and many doubts. I wouldn't recommend it. It shows that it's just a business for them, nothing more.

I always said my mother would never go to a care home, what a huge mistake! It was the best decision we made at the time. I only have words of gratitude for all the staff. My mother is much better off than at home. The staff are caring and attentive; you can see their concern for giving their best. They are also very attentive and kind to the family. I feel like my mother is being pampered, and that gives me great peace of mind. Thank you so much. Highly recommended. On the 14th, it was a month since our mother passed away. She went where she wanted, to La Font care home, which she considered her home. We want to thank Edu and his entire team again for their great compassion, and especially the doctor, nurse, and physiotherapist. I already told you that you were our second family. We also want to mention the first 10 months our mother spent at Font 3 under Xavi's management. We couldn't be more grateful. All the best to what will always be our second family.

A great home for those people who, due to their age, can no longer look after themselves. Good treatment based on affection for residents and respect. Very grateful that you make it possible for my father to feel at home. Thank you!!

I have nothing but words of gratitude for the La Font nursing home. The exquisite treatment and care of the residents, a great team, and a special mention to its director, Edu, who was attentive to everything at every turn. He's a wonderful person caring for people during such a difficult time as the final years of life.
