Opiniones

I'm very surprised by the negative comments because my experience is completely different. The residence is clean, pleasant, and they treat the elderly like family. During the Covid crisis, they managed to get through the pandemic without a single case. It's a little difficult to get in, but once you're in, it's worth it.

(First of all, I should say that the person commenting below me, Javier Cruz, is the owner's son and works at reception, so obviously he's not going to say anything bad.) Second, another thing they'll always tell you is, "Have you noticed how nice it smells of bleach, so clean..." But that's not enough. The important thing is that they take good care of the elderly, not that it smells nice, although that's also important. Well, my mother was there for five years. At first, things went well, but then bruises started appearing, first on her leg, then on her face. The excuses they gave were completely unbelievable and absurd. The leg injury was from her skirt... They hit her in the eye with the hoist they used to move her, practically bled it out. Months later, she showed up with her nose looking like she'd been punched, and the excuse they gave was that she'd only had a small scratch... (I have photos of my mother, which I obviously won't post here, and the medical reports for anyone who wants to see them.) They also recognized me. They had a very high staff turnover... the nurse was on leave and they wouldn't replace her, a total disaster. If someone asked me, "Should I put my family member in this care home?" I would say absolutely not. By the way, my mother passed away two or three weeks after the blow to her nose.
