El Centre de dia Molins recibe mayoritariamente evaluaciones muy positivas de familias satisfechas con la profesionalidad, atención personalizada y amabilidad del equipo, destacando especialmente la adaptación a las necesidades individuales de los usuarios y la relación cercana con las familias. Sin embargo, existe un caso grave documentado de negligencia médica que resultó en una emergencia sanitaria, manejo deficiente de la situación y posterior despido injustificado de la usuaria, lo que plantea serias preocupaciones sobre la consistencia en los estándares de atención y la gestión de crisis médicas.

My father has attended this day center for the past three years, and our experience has been very positive, both in terms of the care he has received and the center's relationship with our family. The entire team has consistently demonstrated professionalism, patience, and excellent care, adapting to my father's specific needs at all times. Very poor treatment and lack of consideration. My mother had a sugar crash at 4 pm and they didn't say anything until 6 pm when they brought her in extremely ill. We had to call emergency services because of how bad she was, and she's still affected and has a very poor prognosis. The next day, the manager called me and told me he didn't want her at the center and that he was discharging her. But they did charge me, and she wasn't even there for a month. I'm not giving it one star thanks to one employee who behaved himself. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And if it were up to me, I would revoke their license. Seeing the response they gave to the review, I can confirm what I said and that the response is false. Not to mention that the center's management shows virtually no consideration.

We are delighted with the Center. My relative was hesitant at first, which I suppose is normal. They adapted quickly and now look forward to going every day. We can only express our gratitude for the attention, care, and professionalism of the entire team. And even more so, for the kindness with which they treat them. Thank you so much for your work!

Excellent service for the elderly. My relative didn't even want us to mention the possibility of going to the center, but now on Saturdays and Sundays she asks what time Alberto, the driver, will pick her up. The pick-up service is very punctual, and Alberto is very attentive, always having a kind word to help the elderly get in and out.
