The staff are very poorly qualified. You walk in, say hello, and they don't answer. My mother died, and they weren't even able to offer their condolences; only the cleaning staff and receptionists, and the management, responded. As a care home worker, I don't think it's right, even though I'm now a family member. No one deserves that kind of coldness. People need to be treated with humanity. Care homes are expensive, and families make a huge effort to pay for them, so they should do their job properly. Because the residents aren't there for free. I'm very disappointed with the staff.

I can only say very bad things about this residence, starting with the management, Señora Susana is a classist person, who does not treat Nadal well to the geriatric staff and assistants, she speaks badly and with contempt. no relatives of mine there, many times they don't even have the necessary material, a bad residence. They have nothing to do with what they sell and the food is cheap and poorly cooked. Since then, it is one of the residential developments that I have seen so far. I do not recommend it for anything.

Disastrous experience. I am a relative of a resident who voluntarily admitted himself. I am very disappointed with the treatment of the family. We received a call on June 27th at 11:00 PM informing us of his death, but no further explanation was given. The following morning, I went back to see if they would give us any explanation. All they did was give us the necessary paperwork and clothing; they didn't offer to let us collect his belongings or provide any information. On June 29th, I went to the residence to request to speak with the director, as we, as family members, have every right to collect his belongings and demand an explanation. When we arrived, we asked to speak with the director, and they told us she was on the phone. However, we could see her from her office watching us while she was on the phone. We gave her some time and went upstairs to collect his things… only to find that a safe he kept had been opened without the consent of any family member. When we went downstairs, they told us the director wasn't there anymore. The explanation was that she had to leave because she had a doctor's appointment. I find it so unacceptable that they won't face the family when they know things haven't been handled properly. IT LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED

I am a relative of Puri López Villanueva. She has been in the residence for 3 years and 4 months. Before placing her there, I researched and inquired at several institutions near my home. I finally decided on "LAIA" and I haven't regretted it for a moment. In fact, I'm happy because I know she has been very well cared for in every way. Regarding her health, she already had advanced senile dementia; but here they monitored her and administered the appropriate medication, as well as providing personal hygiene care. There are times when home doesn't have the facilities needed in these cases. In the end, it's the most comfortable and natural thing for the person with the illness. I always wished the best for her. Every time I visited, I made sure to take her for a walk; she was always clean and well-groomed. The staff treated her very well, with great courtesy and care, which I can also appreciate when they were adjusting her wheelchair, making sure she was warm enough, or if she needed anything. Lately, they've been very patient and careful with her meals. There were several details I appreciate because I would have acted the same way if I had her at home. She passed away at 97, and I'm sure that in her final moments, she received the support and attention she deserved. I just want to thank the entire team for taking care of her. Thank you, and farewell. Anna
