Hello, I wanted to express my gratitude for the kindness, professionalism, and compassion of the entire staff at the care home, from the cook Jordi, to the caregivers Montse, the nurse Araceli, Mireia (the director), Paula, and especially Cris, who informed me of my father Arsenio's passing. Please forgive me if I've forgotten the name of any of the caregivers. Caring for the elderly requires exceptional character; not everyone is suited for it. Thank you all, and thank you, Cris.

Hello, I'm Rosa, daughter of a resident (who recently passed away after being here for four years). I want to thank you a thousand times over for the wonderful care you gave my mother. From the first person to the last, I won't name you all because I'd inevitably leave someone out. Thank you so much for everything, for the kindness she received, and for taking such good care of my mother. Thank you; we will always be very grateful.

Today I wanted to dedicate a few words of thanks to all the staff who manage and work at this residence where my mother has been since the end of 2022, being cared for with affection and professionalism, covering her basic needs and more, and as a direct family member I have felt the support of all the members of that team, I already consider them part of me and I will always be grateful and indebted to each one of them.
