El Centre de dia de la Residència de La Inmaculada presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras algunos residentes actuales elogian la paz, la buena atención y las excelentes instalaciones, otros expresan preocupación sobre el deterioro en la gestión y calidad de cuidados desde 2018, así como sobre el trato del personal de dirección. Las experiencias varían significativamente según el período y la perspectiva personal de cada residente o familiar.

Since Mother Paz, then Mother Superior of the residence, stepped down from running it in 2018, the management, maintenance, and care of residents have gone from bad to worse. Since her departure, the residence has changed management several times, but with disastrous results. I took my mother out in 2021... I was exasperated by the treatment she received. The location and facilities are (were) very good. It was a good place, but not anymore, too bad.
