Opiniones

My mother hasn't been here long, but I can say that the staff is very attentive. We, the family, are kept informed daily via email. The tasks are pleasant and easy. We are happy and grateful. Excellent management.

I am incredibly grateful to this center. My grandfather was there many years ago, and the treatment, the activities, and the care were all wonderful. My grandmother is currently at this center, and we are just as happy, if not more so. They are constantly trying to improve and offer new activities for the residents, as well as inviting families to participate and making us feel involved in everything. I have nothing bad to say, quite the opposite. Thank you, and a thousand thanks to everyone who is giving so much love and attention to our elderly. You are truly amazing!

I would like to know why in a day care center that offers public places in collaboration with the Generalitat you can't address some of the team members in Catalan because they don't understand it. It's not that they don't speak it, it's that they don't UNDERSTAND it. If a grandparent explains himself better in Catalan than in Spanish, what happens? Do they force him to express himself worse or what's the matter?

One of my relatives had their bedroom drawers broken into and some of their savings stolen. This happened during a home care service. I would not recommend them at all.

It is a day center for dependent people, dependent on the Generalitat and private entities.
