El Servicio de estancia diurna Colisée Sa Residencia presenta serias deficiencias según las opiniones de sus usuarios, destacando problemas críticos en la comunicación con familiares, falta de personal tanto en limpieza como en atención al residente, y preocupantes casos de negligencia en el cuidado de los mayores. Aunque hay menciones aisladas de experiencias positivas, las críticas negativas superan ampliamente al sentimiento general y sugieren problemas estructurales importantes en la gestión y el personal de la residencia.

I've been trying to reach my godmother for several months. She's older and can't get through to her cell phone. We live off the island, and I can't reach her at all. The switchboard tells me they can't put calls through to the rooms. I'm told to call back in 10 minutes. When I call again, someone else answers who doesn't know anything, and so on and so forth. In the past 10 months, I've only been able to reach her once, and that was the time I traveled to Ibiza to see her. Tragic and embarrassing.

Lack of staff, both in cleaning and patient care, a disaster, I do not recommend it!!

They should do a staff overhaul, and by that I mean management, supervisors, the social worker, and a few other assistants. They let the residents become malnourished, die, and fall apart, and they keep quiet about it. People should think twice before putting their relatives in here.
