Opiniones

Not recommended. I won't comment on the facilities, cleanliness, or the place itself, which leaves much to be desired, but I will share my experience at this center, which lasted a mere 15 days. My mother started going to this center with transportation included. They would pick her up some days at 3:30 PM, other days at 4:00 PM—it was completely disorganized. The first week, it was 4:15 PM and no one had come to pick her up. I called the center and they said they'd forgotten and that they send the transportation. The second week, I waited at 5:00 PM and no one had come to pick her up. I called the center again and… these are their exact words: “Oh, the transportation driver forgot to come and get her. We'll send a taxi.” Seriously?! Do they really not keep track of the residents who arrive by transportation? Honestly, after an hour, no one noticed that my mother hadn't arrived at the center, and no one called to ask why she wasn't there, since the family never notified them that she wouldn't be attending that day. The next day, I sent a WhatsApp message notifying them that my mother had been discharged from the center—coincidentally, they only found out at that moment. Seriously! As I already told you via WhatsApp, I recommend a little more communication, a little more control (you work with people, not cans of tuna), and a little more empathy. If someone brings a parent or grandparent to you and pays that money, it's so that you at least treat them well and with respect. You gave my mother haloperidol drops (the treatment she was on) without informing the family, even though you knew it was a rescue treatment with a specific protocol. The second day you literally abandoned her, I told you... she's not fit to go anywhere. I had her in the street, trembling and crying, thanks to your lack of communication and mismanagement. I thought about demanding the €300 since my mother attended for 15 days and you charged for the whole month, but noooo, I wasn't going to leave a review, but I think people should know what they're risking by leaving their family member at this center.

Our mother has been a patient at the center for the past four years. At first, we were unsure if we had made the right choice and if she was in good hands. After a while, we only have words of gratitude for the care she received, the dedication of the staff, and the care she received. Andrea, María Jesús, Marina, María, Bea, Almudena, Rocío, Eva, Fernando, Fran—congratulations to all of you for your work and our deepest gratitude.

My grandmother has been attending the center for five months. I'd like to highlight the staff's care. Honestly, at first, she didn't want to go to a day center, but now she loves it.

I'm very pleased with the way my family has been treated, something that's hard to find these days.

My father is a user of the center and he's delighted. We haven't had any problems with the staff, and if we've needed to make any changes, they've been incredibly accommodating. They are friendly, polite, and caring professionals.
