El Centro de día de AFA Alicante recibe mayoritariamente valoraciones muy positivas, destacando especialmente la calidad humana del equipo, la calidez en la atención y la variedad de actividades ofrecidas, con familias expresando gratitud genuina hacia el personal. Sin embargo, existe al menos una crítica importante respecto a decisiones sobre admisión basadas en evaluaciones psicológicas que dejaron a la familia confundida y decepcionada. En general, prevalece un sentimiento de confianza y satisfacción entre quienes utilizan los servicios de la residencia.

Some time ago they refused my mother a day center based on the psychologist's advice, saying that she would be afraid during the activities and that a center for the whole day was more suitable? What should we understand from this? Big disappointment and incomprehension!! My mother, meanwhile, will resume her bill table.....Cdt Ana

My grandmother has been attending the day center for a long time and has always been happy with the staff, the activities, the dining room... I couldn't say a bad word about AFA. After she suffered a stroke, we had the opportunity to bring her to the residence for a short time. We felt the warmth and compassion shown to my grandmother by the entire team at all times, and the same goes for her family. We don't know how to thank the entire team—doctors, nurses, assistants, social worker, psychologist, etc.—for all the care and support she received until the very end. It's a wonderful specialized center where patients are treated exceptionally well, with immense affection, and where the genuine kindness of each and every person who works there truly shines. Thank you.
