El servicio presenta una experiencia muy inconsistente y polarizada entre usuarios, con valoraciones extremas que reflejan tanto un trato humanitario y profesional excepcional (especialmente destacando a Lourdes) como casos graves de falta de profesionalismo, desorganización y negligencia en la atención a los mayores. Los principales problemas señalados incluyen insuficiencia de personal, falta de recursos humanos y actitudes poco empáticas de algunos trabajadores, lo que contrasta marcadamente con testimonios de excelente cuidado y dedicación por parte de otros miembros del equipo.

There are certain people with very little professionalism, no education, and a profound lack of humanity who are not treating the elderly well. They do the minimum and sometimes don't even reach them. They pay them little, and they complain about it to the elderly, using this as an excuse to stop caring for them. It's a shame that in a person's final days they have to endure this treatment that leaves much to be desired. Grandparents need to be cared for and loved; if not, you should do something else.
