A 10/10 residence. The staff are charming, attentive, caring, and very professional. The facilities are impeccably clean, and the food, according to my mother, is delicious. It also has a garden with lovely outdoor spaces. 100% recommended. Tere Sancho

A very good experience. My relative lived here for a while, and the staff took excellent care of our grandfather during a difficult time. The manager and her team kept us informed about his health; in short, they were wonderful.

Terrible experience. They have no ethical standards or proper protocols, and if they do, they don't follow them, just like the law governing care homes. They don't provide any reports whatsoever. The personal hygiene and cleanliness of the clothing are disgusting. There's no control over belongings or personal items. The exterior is appalling. The treatment from the director and the psychologist is appalling. They ignore the resident-to-staff ratios during the day, but at night it's deplorable. Everything was awful.
