Opiniones

A great day care center. Honestly, the best decision we made for my father was to enroll him here. He has significant cognitive impairment, and since he started there (2 months), we've noticed a significant improvement. The staff is very professional and caring. They offer lots of activities to keep him entertained (adapted to each individual's needs and abilities), and my father leaves happy and, best of all, leaves with a smile. Thanks to the center, my father's mood is much better. If you're reading this review, don't hesitate and enroll your family member. Our experience was very positive and I 100% recommend it. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my father.

My mother has been there for over two years, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for them. They take care of people like no one else. They're attentive to every detail. It's wonderful to know my mother is in the best hands. Thank you all for helping them and helping us the way you do.

A word of advice for all those families making a Herculean effort to pay for this center: When the time comes to leave, for example because you've been assigned a place at a (much cheaper) public center, YOU SHOULD NOT SET THE DATE YOU WILL JOIN THE NEW CENTER AS THE END DATE. THE END DATE YOU MUST INFORM MARÍA LUISA IS THE DATE THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE LAST DAY COVERED BY THE LAST PAYMENT YOU WILL MAKE. What happens, if you don't do it this way, is that if you need an extra day, perhaps because your eldest needs adjustment or for some other reason, and you want to take them to Alai for an extra day, even if you have paid for, say, 20 days, which won't be used because they're already at the new center, you won't be able to use them because this woman has already taken your place with someone else (she has a waiting list). She blatantly charges two users at the same time for days (which can range from 1 to 30 days). That is, she charges double for the same space, and since she's covered by the contract, it's a great deal. We knew, by contract, that we were going to pay more since, quite possibly, I wouldn't be able to use the full amount paid for, since you enter a public center when you enter, and it's not your decision. What we didn't know is that you can't use a service you're obligated to pay for. In our case, we didn't communicate any dates in writing; we only communicated verbally. She clung to the contract, and my relative couldn't go to Alai for a few hours to get the adaptation they recommended at the public center, even though he had already paid for it. The lady already had a new person paying for a space we had paid for at the same time. It's shameful that you make money without providing the service at the expense of people in such a vulnerable situation. Given your response, María Luisa, just a couple of things: you're implying I'm lying, and my review is completely true. It's a warning to other users so that what happened to us doesn't happen to anyone else. Of course, you won't be too happy about the fact that you can stop being paid twice for the same space if they tell you the end date as the actual last day paid (which you might be able to say isn't true, which is what you've been doing 🤣🤣)

A wonderful, family-friendly place with excellent professionals, and most importantly, with exquisite and loving care. My mother loves going there, and we family see how happy we are. They offer a variety of activities that make their days enjoyable. Many thanks to Maria Luisa and her entire professional and caring team for taking such good care of our elderly relatives. Warmest regards

Congratulations to María Luisa and her team! They truly make residents and their families feel right at home. Our mother has been delighted, and it was a shame she couldn't stay longer. Thank you so much for your attentiveness and warmth. Warmest regards.
